The service was friendly and accommodating, although the noisy bathroom taps could be bothersome at times. The central location is a major plus, within walking distance to many attractions, although some areas had unpleasant odors. Overall, a good value for money stay.

Despite being well-appointed and clean, the lack of a dishwasher was inconvenient. Yet, the laundry facilities were a plus, though limited dishwashing detergents were a hassle.

The hotel is conveniently located at the last station of the new Gold Coast Light Rail system, offering exceptional cleanliness and well-appointed rooms. The fully equipped laundry compensates for the absence of a dishwasher. The service is fantastic, and the friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist guests. The location is ideal, just across the road from the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and close to the tram station. Overall, great value for the money.
